Our cake boards are made using virgin pulp wood fibers that are FSC-certified. We apply a food-grade film lamination to the top surface. This creates a reliable barrier that prevents fats, oils, and moisture from soaking into the paper core, keeping the board sturdy and food-safe.
Corrugated boards (such as 3mm single-wall or double-wall structures) offer a great balance of light weight and high bending resistance. They are a cost-effective, recyclable option. For extremely heavy, multi-tiered cakes, we offer thicker cake drums (up to 1/2 inch) with internal corrugated structures that provide excellent stability without the high shipping weight of MDF.
Our standard MOQ for custom sizes, patterns, and embossed logos is generally 10,000 pieces per size. This allows us to run production efficiently and offer competitive factory-direct pricing. For standard sizes and colors in stock, we can often accommodate smaller minimum orders.
